As DPA Director, Ron Yank is Governor Jerry Brown’s Chief Labor Negotiator. Prior to becoming DPA Director, Mr. Yank was a well-known labor lawyer at Carroll Burdick & McDonough LLP where he represented employees and unions in all areas labor relations.
