Today, December 19, 2011, PERB filed its emergency regulations implementing AB 646 with the Office of Administrative Law (OAL). The notice of posting from OAL and PERB’s regulation package can be found here. Today begins a five-day public comment period. OAL also has ten calendar days to review the emergency regulation package.
